Safety Site Administrator – Dugald River Project

FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville Accommodation & meals provided

As the Dugald River project continues to expand, we're seeking a dedicated Safety Site Administrator to join our established team. This role is primarily focused on supporting safety operations and compliance, while also offering cross-training in broader site administration tasks such as travel coordination, payroll, and logistics to ensure seamless coverage during leave periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site safety documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking
  • Assist with incident reporting and maintaining safety registers
  • Coordinate safety inductions and training records
  • Maintain and update the asset register, including equipment movement
  • Assist with mobilisation and de-mobilisation of sites
  • Perform inventory and plant disposal management
  • Compile budget estimates and manage equipment data
  • Scan and enter work orders and pre-starts
  • Cross-train in travel bookings, payroll processing, and general site admin duties

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or safety administration within mining or heavy industry
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Valid manual driver's licence
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Familiarity with heavy mobile equipment
  • A proactive mindset for continuous improvement
