About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Receipting Coordinator to join our team supporting the Offshore Decommissioning Campaign. This role plays a key part in managing materials, coordinating receipting, and assisting the Quality team to ensure compliance with project standards and procedures.
Key responsibility areas
- Order materials and manage receipting processes in line with project requirements.
- Oversee packaging and dispatch of work pack equipment.
- Register materials and equipment orders in asset databases and ensure quality reports are completed.
- Support Quality team with compliance to the Quality Plan, including audits and documentation.
- Assist with offshore logistics bookings during peak periods.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure audit-ready documentation.
About You
- Experience in procurement, materials ordering, and receipting.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications.
- Competent in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Aconex highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
