**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Reporting to the Senior Logistics Analyst you will be tasked with the following and more:
- Identify program assets and ensure that they captured in the Program Asset Management Tool.
- Ensure that all inventory management activities are executed in order to ensure robust stock management and inventory control.
- Maintain stock on hand levels and ensure stocktaking and audits are undertaken to maintain the accuracy of the Asset Management Tool.
- Provide support to the program through managing the Stocktaking Plan, performing analysis of stocktake counts to identify discrepancies.
- Receipt, manage, package and dispatch of Program equipment in accordance with Company processes and procedures.
- Compile records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
- Prepare inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
- Provision of services includes spares management, support for quotations, logistics pipeline tracking and analysis tracking of deep level maintenance repairs, calibration of Test Equipment and develop contracted reporting as required.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
- Experience in Defence or similar logistics areas including inventory Control, Asset Management, Supply Chain and Procurement.
- Experience with supportability analysis or ILS.
- Sound customer partnering focus
- Experience in stock control and inventory management
- Proven ability to adapt and maintain a flexible approach to changing needs and priorities
- Well-developed ability to pre-empt problems and create opportunities for improvement
- Stocktaking, packaging and asset management experience
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
