Ironbark Asset Management has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Communications Manager in our Sydney office.
We are seeking a full-time Communications Manager to join our growing team and play a central role in shaping how our business shows up in the market to a range of internal and external audiences.

About the Role:
As our Communications Manager you will be responsible for the development and delivery of clear, consistent, and impactful communications across marketing and external channels, helping us build reputation, engage clients, and support ambitious growth targets.
You will work across the business to translate complex ideas into compelling stories and ensure our brand is represented with professionalism and consistency.
This role will suit someone who is currently a Communications Analyst who is looking for more accountability, autonomy and significant career development in a business that is growing rapidly. It is a hands-on role for a proactive communicator who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and is motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
About you:
· Has strong writing, editing, and story-telling skills with attention to detail.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence.
· Builds strong relationships and communicates clearly at all levels.
· Knowledge of financial services industry highly desirable.
Qualifications & Experience
· Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
· Proven experience in a communications, marketing, or public relations role, ideally within financial services, professional services or regulated industry (minimum 3–5 years).
· Experience working with digital channels including websites, email and social media; understanding of SEO and digital best practice desirable.
· Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership, and communication skills.
Remuneration package is $130,000 - $150,000 inclusive of superannuation dependent on level of education and experience.
