Your Mission
We're seeking a proven hunter and trusted advisor — a quota-carrying, value-driven sales professional who thrives in complex solution environments. In this role, you will identify, engage and win new enterprise clients by delivering managed services that solve real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Own and exceed a $1M+ annual quota through strategic new business acquisition.
· Drive complex solution sales across Telestar's portfolio: DaaS, UEM, TEM, SASE, and lifecycle governance.
· Engage senior stakeholders with value-led proposals, ROI models, and compliance overlays.
· Position Telestar's managed services and best practices tailored to vertical needs (finance, utilities, healthcare, construction, energy, etc.).
· Build and manage a high-value pipeline aligned with vertical playbooks and buyer personas.
· Collaborate with OEMs (HP, Dell, Microsoft, Fortinet) to co-sell and bundle offerings.
· Influence Telestar's go-to-market strategy through market feedback, deal insights, and vertical intelligence.
What You Bring
· years' experience in enterprise ICT sales, with a focus on managed services, mobility, or infrastructure.
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota in roles with $1M+ GP responsibility.
· Proven competence in working with Salesforce, and in working in a Salesforce-centric B2B sales organisation
· Proficiency with the MEDDICC sales methodology
· Expertise in solution selling to regulated industries and asset-heavy environments.
· Strong ability to articulate, propose, and position managed services with clarity, confidence, and commercial impact.
· Knowledge of compliance frameworks and lifecycle governance.
· A well-developed network of enterprise decision-makers across AU/NZ (preferred).
· Strategic mindset with a passion for growth, innovation, and vertical co-creation.
