Whispr is seeking a talented and passionate Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our boutique agency in Surry Hills. With 2–3 years' experience, you're ready to step into a role that is client-facing, creatively driven and connected to culture, spanning media, events and brand partnerships.

We work with leading brands across lifestyle, hospitality, interiors and design, delivering editorial-led campaigns that influence how brands are seen and experienced. We value strong relationships, emotional intelligence and curiosity — and we're looking for someone who thrives in conversation as much as in craft.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture client relationships, attending and contributing to regular WIPs and meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with senior team members to manage day-to-day client activity and priorities.
  • Craft and pitch stories to journalists, editors, influencers and cultural media.
  • Write press releases, media angles, Q&As, interview briefs and social content.
  • Support and execute events, media previews, launches and brand activations.
  • Collaborate on media planning, partnerships and creative brand collaborations.
  • Play an active role in brainstorming, trend tracking and campaign development.
  • Help drive social media and influencer campaigns

You'll thrive if you bring:

  • 2–3 years' experience in PR, communications or media.
  • Confidence in client communication and relationship building.
  • Strong writing skills with narrative instinct and attention to detail.
  • Interest in lifestyle, hospitality, interiors and design.
  • Excellent organisation and calm management of multiple projects.
  • Warmth, initiative and a collaborative mindset.
