About the Work

We are seeking an Assistant Estimator & Project Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a dynamic role that will give you exposure to the full project lifecycle — from tendering and estimating to project administration and delivery. You will be working closely with senior estimators and project managers, learning industry best practices while contributing to real outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with cost estimating and tender preparation for civil and commercial projects.
  • Coordinating and following up with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation and schedules.
  • Handling general office and administrative tasks including phone calls, emails, and filing.
  • Communicating directly with clients, suppliers, and team members to support project delivery.
  • Assisting with target tracking & measuring profitability, progress reporting, invoicing, and data entry.

Experience in estimating, construction, or electrical contracting is ideal but not essential — full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Salary is negotiable based on experience.
