**About The Role**:
This role wii see you leading and managing the Electrical function, as part of the overall Maintenance team, delivering reactive and preventative electrical work to ensure the plant has mínimal lost time due to electrical faults and failure. This role will help support the business to achieve its operational and strategic goals through facilitating the optimal use of current and future assets

**About you**:

- Project management skills
- A grade Electrical License
- A Minimum 5 years’ experience in Industrial environment, preferable FMCG
- Confidence in decision making and leading a team of technical experts.
- For allocated projects, co-ordinate implementation through to successful operation within agreed time frame and budget.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate both professionally and casually
- Ability to be able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Implement strategies to ensure compliance with other relevant rules, regulations and legislative requirement in the workforce.
