We are seeking an Estimator / Desktop Assessor on a full-time basis, to join our experienced team.

To be successful, you must exhibit a willingness to learn, have a passion for building and have strong customer service skills. We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable individual with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail.

After on the job training and with on-going support, you will be able to;

  • Accurately price desktop quotes based off a provided scope of works.
  • Carry out virtual insurance inspections and write accurate assessment reports on property damage. You will start with smaller, less complicated jobs until you have the confidence and experience to progress.
  • Create a scope of works and estimate costings for the required repairs.
  • Be willing to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and trade contractors.
  • Be part of a team that collectively work together to achieve our KPI targets, that our quality levels are upheld and an excellent level of customer service is always maintained.

Criteria

  • Previous construction or insurance industry experience preferred.
  • Be highly motivated, passionate about building and willing to learn.
  • Be a positive team member who contributes to the wider team.
  • Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding time management abilities.
