We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team at Medicross Jimboomba on a casual basis.  Immediate Start.

Your daily tasks will include (but are not limited to)

  • Greeting patients
  • Answering phone calls and booking appointments
  • Patient billing
  • Scanning information onto the system
  • Updating medical records and patient

    information
  • Supporting practice manager and doctors whilst working as part of a team.

Skills & Attributes-

  • Must have initiative and the ability to manage the surgery in the absence of the Practice Manager.
  • Proficient Computer skills- Knowledge of Best Practice an advantage
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Professional & personable telephone manner
  • Multi-tasking, initiative and problem-solving skills
  • A sense of urgency, compassion, and professionalism
  • Must be available to work Monday – Friday between 8 am – 5 pm as well as on weekends.
