The Role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, providing first-class administrative support, and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Manage client queries and requests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and process client documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling and preparing for client meetings.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Advice implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Profession.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
