About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager for a permanent fulltime position based in Applecross. The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday roster.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a mixed strata portfolio, primarily residential schemes.
  • Conduct and attend AGMs, liaise with strata councils, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Handle client relationships with professionalism, including day-to-day inquiries and escalations.
  • Manage front-end financial responsibilities (e.g., budgeting, levy approvals, and reporting) with back-end support functions outsourced.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs by coordinating with contractors and service providers.
  • Drive business development opportunities where appropriate to support portfolio growth.
  • Ensure accurate use of StrataMaster software for portfolio management.
  • Prepare and present reports as required.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Strata Manager.
  • Completion of, or currently undertaking, the educational requirements due April 2026.
  • Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance processes.
  • Proficiency in StrataMaster software.
  • Demonstrated experience attending and conducting AGMs.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High standards of professionalism, organisation, and presentation.
  • Proven ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Experience managing both residential and commercial strata schemes.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
