About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager for a permanent fulltime position based in Applecross. The successful candidate will work a Monday to Friday roster.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a mixed strata portfolio, primarily residential schemes.
- Conduct and attend AGMs, liaise with strata councils, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Handle client relationships with professionalism, including day-to-day inquiries and escalations.
- Manage front-end financial responsibilities (e.g., budgeting, levy approvals, and reporting) with back-end support functions outsourced.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs by coordinating with contractors and service providers.
- Drive business development opportunities where appropriate to support portfolio growth.
- Ensure accurate use of StrataMaster software for portfolio management.
- Prepare and present reports as required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Strata Manager.
- Completion of, or currently undertaking, the educational requirements due April 2026.
- Strong knowledge of strata legislation and governance processes.
- Proficiency in StrataMaster software.
- Demonstrated experience attending and conducting AGMs.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- High standards of professionalism, organisation, and presentation.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Experience managing both residential and commercial strata schemes.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
