We operate six high-performance clinics across Perth and are now seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Client Support Administrator to keep operations running seamlessly.


The Role

This role suits someone who loves structure, thrives in routine, and enjoys working through clear processes with speed and accuracy. You will:

  • Manage client bookings across six clinic locations
  • Update and maintain client records with precision
  • Schedule appointments and send reminders
  • Answer calls and enquiries with professionalism
  • Provide general admin support and routine tasks

What We're Looking For
  • Superb organisational skills – you love systems and checklists
  • Fast & efficient – you get tasks done quickly without losing accuracy
  • Cool under pressure – calm, focused, and reliable under workload
  • Structured & process-driven – thrive in predictable, well-defined workflows
  • Clear communicator – strong written & verbal skills
  • Tech-savvy – Microsoft Office, CRM, scheduling tools
  • At least 3 years' experience in admin or customer service

Previous experience in call centres, medical reception, legal/accounting admin, real estate, or other structured client service environments will be highly regarded.
