No prior experience is required — we're looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our personal broking team within our organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administration Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to our insurance broking team
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance in a hands-on, office-based role
- Work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative setting
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary.
What We're Looking for:
- The right person, with a positive attitude who is organised and able to prioritise and multi-task proficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role is ideal but not essential.
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
