- Client Support – draft reports and assist with client communications and project documentation.
- Tender & Proposal Support – assist with preparation of tenders, proposals, and associated reporting.
- Office Management – general administration duties, record-keeping, enhancing and managing the filing system, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritisation, and organisation and supporting the Director with business operations.
- Report Scheduling – management of requirements and drafting reports and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Executive Assistance - manage the Director's diary, email correspondence.
- Social Media & Communications (desirable) – support social media scheduling, content development, posting, and community engagement.
- Team Support – provide administrative support to field staff, including scheduling and resource coordination.

- Demonstrated experience in administration, office management, or similar roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in payroll and staff scheduling.
- High attention to detail and excellent written communication skills (report drafting experience highly valued).

What We Offer:
- Flexible, part-time role (minimum 3 days per week).
