About the Role
Reporting to the Manager – Community Safety, Health and Compliance, core responsibilities include:
- Process correspondence on a wide range of regulatory matters.
- Provides efficient and accurate data entry using the organisation's corporate systems – CiA, CRM and ECM.
- Deliver high quality customer service to residents, external customers and internal clients.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in providing professional administrative services, preferably in regulatory or building development fields.
- Experience in MS Office products and current Shire software (CiA/CRM/ECM).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Experience in local government or other complex organisations is desirable.
- Knowledge of local government or corporate information systems is desirable
