**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Engagement & Retention Executive to join our team at IG.
You will assist and support the Engagement & Retention team in the development of all client engagement and retention activities, organise retention campaigns and events that can make a difference for our company's success.

Your role in the team
Identifying ways to engage and retain clients will be a key focus area for the APAC marketing team in the years ahead. This position will play an important role supporting the function and delivering measurable outcomes for the business.
This role will work across both the APAC teams with a reporting line into the Melbourne based Manager.
What you’ll do
1. Campaign Delivery - Support the development of CRM (eDM) and social media marketing campaigns for customer engagment and retention programs.
2. Liaise and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to develop, localise and execute central communications to customers
3. Customer events:
- a. Assist in planning, coordinating and executing clients' events & workshops, including publicity for registration, logistics coordination, venue selection, and onsite support.- b. Liaise and coordinate with vendors, agencies and partners to ensure the delivery of events.
4. Assist in maintaining our social media channels, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts and monitoring performance.
5. Liaise with our in-house Market Analyst for daily market updates and assist with content creation for marketing materials, including (but not limited to) social media posts, brochures, newsletters, and EDMs (Electronic Direct Mailers) 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and assist in customer relationship management.
7. Liaise and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to develop, localise and update website content.
8. Assist in sourcing, managing merchandise inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers. Support the supply of merchandise to clients.
9. Support the Engagement & Retention Manager in budgeting and financial reporting.

What you’ll need for this role- A recognised Degree in Marketing or Business Management- 2 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role- Good understanding of marketing principles and best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Effective self-starter who works well under pressure and tight deadlines- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) -
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop) and other graphic design tool (Figma, Canva) are favoured but not mandatory.- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram)
