HR Operations - Payroll Terminations experience

• Core AU end to end payroll experience ( 5+ years) preferably worked within circle of financial institutions, Bank and have processed payroll


• Should have a strong regulatory understanding along with payroll compliance


• Payroll processing exp on Success Factors EC/ECP tools, should have worked on redundancy calculation using SF and have managed high volume situations


• Strong understanding of exits, redundancy, quality checks of payroll files


• Preferred if candidate have high level understanding of payroll risks and potential mitigations/controls

should have worked in a circle of financial institution and preference is to hire a AU local candidate.
