  • Own the delivery of onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions, ensuring an exceptional experience across the lifecycle.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance performance and retention.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across policy, systems, and employee engagement frameworks.
  • Support the evolution of HR policies, procedures, and internal capability-building.
About You

You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a HR Advisor/Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards/EBAs, and WHS compliance.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, compliance-heavy or shift-based environments (e.g. facilities, security, services).
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop managers and leaders.
  • A hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong data literacy, attention to detail, and confidence using HRIS platforms.
  • A people-first mindset with a focus on accountability, care, and continuous improvement.

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience working in industries such as security, compliance, or facilities management.
