The Role

We are seeking a committed and capable Chef de Partie who can work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, creative kitchen. You'll assist in prep, service, and kitchen operations while bringing ideas and energy to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and execution of high-quality dishes during service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section
  • Support the Head Chef in managing stock, prep lists, and kitchen operations
  • Uphold high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during peak periods
  • Be flexible across breakfast, lunch, and seasonal dinner services

What You Bring

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a cook
  • Confidence in preparing and plating café-style dishes to a high standard
  • Team-focused, reliable, and efficient work ethic
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work weekends and peak holiday periods

The Offer

We are offering either a part-time or full-time position, with competitive pay based on experience and award entitlements. You'll be joining a supportive team as we relaunch and grow the venue in time for the busy summer ahead.
