Chef de Partie – Café in Berwick

We're looking for a part-time Chef de Partie to join our team and support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food and smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency and high quality.
  • Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
  • Perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in cafés or restaurants (Berwick or surrounding suburbs preferred).
  • Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive team player with passion and enthusiasm for food.
  • Good understanding of food safety procedures.
