About the Role

We need someone who deeply understands our brand and can bring it to life through engaging content and authentic storytelling that resonates with our audience.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll work collaboratively with our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in:

• Owning the content calendar, graphic design and visual content across email, social and web.
• Filming and editing photo and video footage to create high-quality lifestyle, product, and educational content.
• Analysing and reporting on digital engagement to optimise content performance.
• Staying ahead of digital trends and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
• Supporting UX improvements and developing impactful marketing materials.

Who We're Looking For

We need a versatile, creative, and digitally savvy individual who can elevate our brand and captivate audiences. You'll be a self-motivated, well-organised, creative thinker and storyteller with:

• 4+ years of extensive, relevant experience in digital media, content creation, and/or communications, ideally supported by a relevant certification.
• A digital marketing certification is preferred to support the required experience in digital media and content creation.
• A demonstrated ability to integrate brand strategy, visual storytelling, and polished design with a warm, engaging writing style that is both creative and clear.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier)
• Intermediate level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere is required.
• Experience planning, creating and executing email and social media campaigns with content tools like Klaviyo, Shopify, Hootsuite and Facebook Business across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Experience with similar tools to Klaviyo, Shopify, Hootsuite and Facebook Business is acceptable for email and social media campaign management.
• A strategic and analytical mindset, with proven ability to interpret marketing funnel metrics and optimise content.
• Proven ability in conceptualising, shooting, and editing both photography and video content, optimised for digital and organic platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills including, writing, editing, and proofreading for various platforms and tones (e.g., website, landing pages, blog, email, social media).
• Ensure all content adheres to Night n Day Group's brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards.
