We're growing fast and need a dynamic Marketing & Content Creator to take our brand to the next level.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing & Content Creator who loves both strategy and execution. You will travel across our centres in Sydney and Melbourne to capture the heart of Little Scribblers through photos, videos, and storytelling. This role is hands-on: you'll be behind the camera, creating posts, and managing campaigns that generate genuine leads and enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness and enrolments.

Create compelling photo, video, and written content that highlights the Little Scribblers experience.

Travel regularly across Sydney & Melbourne to capture authentic in-centre content.

Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Generate and manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) focused on lead generation.

Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

Stay up to date with trends in childcare, education, and digital marketing.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.

Strong photography, videography, and editing skills.

Experience in running lead-generating campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Tik Tok, Google Ads).

Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel frequently between Sydney & Melbourne.

Bonus: background in childcare/education or passion for early learning.
