Social Media Content Creator (Part-Time, Sydney)

hands-on Social Media Content Creator
to lead our digital presence — someone who loves filming, editing, and crafting stories that inspire people to think bigger.

This is a
part-time, mid-level role (2–3 days/week)
, ideal for someone ready to move beyond client churn and help shape one powerful brand.

What You'll Do


Create & edit
Reels, YouTube videos, TikToks, and podcasts that actually get watched.


Film on location
— property tours, behind-the-scenes shoots, and founder stories.


Strategise content
— plan, script, and schedule across multiple platforms.


Write captions & hooks
that drive engagement and growth.


Track what works
, evolve what doesn't, and help build our audience with purpose.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years' experience in
    content creation, social media, or video production
  • Skilled in
    Premiere Pro / Final Cut
    ,
    Canva / Photoshop
    , and confident shooting with a mirrorless camera
  • You love
    short-form video
    , follow trends, and understand how to adapt them for a premium brand
  • You take initiative, deliver quality fast, and care about storytelling, not just output
  • You want a role with
    creative ownership, flexibility, and real impact
