About the Role
Sultry Group is looking for a creative and digitally savvy
Junior Content Creator
to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes online culture, knows their way around TikTok/Instagram trends, and has a sharp eye for creating content that feels fresh, cheeky, and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage and live content at events.
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Write cheeky, engaging copy that matches Sultry Group's tone of voice.
- Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
- Keep on top of trends in music, nightlife, and fashion to feed into creative ideas.
About You
- Social native -
"chronically online"
in the best way, with a strong feel for what works on socials. - Confident filming and editing content on mobile and desktop apps (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, etc.).
- Copywriting skills with a playful, sharp tone.
- Organised and reliable, able to work across fast-paced events and deadlines.
- Passionate about music, culture, and nightlife - ideally already out and about in the scene.
Availability
- Casual role,
2 days per week (with scope to grow with the business)
plus occasional evenings/weekends for live events. - Flexible schedule to work around studies or other commitments.
