We're now on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised team player to step into a unique role: Executive Assistant to the business owner with a clear pathway into autonomously running the business
If you've got a background in construction, thrive on organisation, and enjoy wearing a few different hats, this might be the perfect fit for you.
What you'll be doing
-
Manage the overall construction process, from planning to completion
-
Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability
-
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
-
Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business growth and expansion
-
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the construction team
What we're looking for
-
Experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
-
Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management best practices
-
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the construction team
-
Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant technologies
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
Why Join Us?
-
Be part of a small, tight-knit team where your input matters
-
Long-term career pathway
-
Work on a range of residential projects
-
Supportive leadership and a flexible working environment for the right candidate
Sound Like You?
If you're the kind of person who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes, knows how to juggle multiple priorities, and understands how a construction site really works – we want to hear from you.
Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you're the right fit for the role
