We're now on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised team player to step into a unique role: Executive Assistant to the business owner with a clear pathway into autonomously running the business

If you've got a background in construction, thrive on organisation, and enjoy wearing a few different hats, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall construction process, from planning to completion

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise efficiency and profitability

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities

  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities for business growth and expansion

  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the construction team

What we're looking for

  • Experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and project management best practices

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the construction team

  • Proficient in using construction management software and other relevant technologies

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
