**The Role**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Inbound Warm Call / Cold Call experience (Automotive industry experience would be an advantage)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
- Dynamic, warm and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to achieve KPI's and Targets
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Superior organisation skills and able to work within tight deadlines
- A positive attitude, a real team player
- High level of personal commitment and focus
