We are seeking an experienced & driven individual to join our dynamic construction team in the Luxury Residential Building sector.

This is a key role in the company for the project’s success.
You will be accountable for the project scope, team, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.

This is a full time role with an **immediate start, flexible work conditions apply**.

We are a Mornington based Construction Company. Building along the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside.

Operating for over 15 years, and comprised of a very diverse team, which allows us to specialise in a broad spectrum of builds; from luxury homes and mixed residential (2-4 per site).

- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- Complete understanding of the building process.
- Previous Project Management experience with a residential builder.
- Able to work independently to organise, prioritise and handle multiple tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- An understanding and ability to execute and administer HIA & Master Builders construction contracts, variations and EOTs.
- An understanding of standards and tolerances in regards to defect management through-out the life of the project and hand overs.
- Maintain communication regularly with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and trades.
- Leadership skills
- Manage job sites for new builds and major renovations, from demolition to completion
- Create schedules for construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed
- Hire full-time and temporary labourers to contribute to each project
- Create and manage the budgets for each project, including supplies, materials and labour
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites

**Salary**: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
