Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Junior to Mid-Level Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow with a thriving company in the 4x4 industry. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing expert product advice, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a passion for learning, and a strong desire for personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right 4x4 accessories based on their needs, preferences, and vehicle specifications.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends to provide accurate and helpful advice.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and clarity.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Support the installation team by coordinating appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation.
  • Help manage inventory levels and stock orders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Ongoing training will be provided. 1 year preferable
  • Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Basic understanding of 4x4 vehicles and accessories is an advantage but not essential (training will be provided).
  • A strong desire to grow within the company and pursue long-term career opportunities.
  • Additional skills such as photography, videography, graphic design, or digital marketing are highly reguarded.
