**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting the right 4x4 accessories based on their needs, preferences, and vehicle specifications.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends to provide accurate and helpful advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Support the installation team by coordinating appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction post-installation.
- Help manage inventory levels and stock orders.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and product knowledge.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Ongoing training will be provided.
- Highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Basic understanding of 4x4 vehicles and accessories is an advantage but not essential (training will be provided).
- A strong desire to grow within the company and pursue long-term career opportunities.
- Additional skills such as photography, videography, graphic design, or digital marketing are highly reguarded.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
