Drive your own Sales in this Highly Rewarding Role with the Australian Building Company (ABC Homes). Based in our enticing Sunbury display. Saturday to Wednesday role - Standard Hours. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations if required. Weekend work is essential.

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions
- Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets
- Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers
- Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network.
- Updating and maintaining sales data
- Continuously learning new products and land availability
- Producing home & land packages; and
- Effective management of customer relations through to the completion of each home.

The successful candidate will have:
- Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential
- Unwavering motivation and commitment
- Flexible approach to work hours, which will include weekend work requirements
- Able to build rapport and trust
- Able to meet all KPIs
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities
- Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills
- You will have a great attitude and passion for the residential building industry and get excited to promote our great designs, products and services
- Well developed organisational and client management capabilities
- Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
- A GREAT ATTITUDE
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful applicant
