We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven Project Sales to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in off-the-plan sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing high-quality developments to market and helping clients achieve exceptional outcomes.

About the Role:

As our Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the sales and marketing of our exciting portfolio of off-the-plan residential and mixed-use developments. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales process for off-the-plan projects from launch to settlement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and developers
  • Conduct property presentations, attend open days, and host display suite inspections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the entire buying journey.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the team.

About You:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong background in off-the-plan projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and sales cycles.
  • Motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
  • Current Real Estate Agent's License
