The Role

As a Business Development Manager based in our Preston office (with hybrid flexibility after training), you'll work off a warm lead database to drive new business across Metro Victoria. There are no geographic patches — your territory is the entire state, and you can chase opportunities wherever they arise.

You'll spend most days calling and emailing qualified prospects, booking demos and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers in Melbourne, Sydney, and beyond. You'll manage your pipeline end-to-end: qualify leads, deliver product demos (with support), and negotiate contracts to hit ambitious monthly targets.

Training is fast-paced and hands-on. You'll receive one-on-one product training directly from our Managing Director, plus ongoing support from a high-performing team. After your first month, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote) and take full ownership of your pipeline.

Who You Are

You've got 3–5 years' experience in B2B tech, IT, telco, or managed print sales. You know how to turn warm interest into closed deals, and you're just as comfortable pitching C-suite execs as you are walking into shop floors. You live for targets, thrive on commission, and maintain a high activity level every day. You're self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to own your results.
