Job Summary:
GoWide Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our footprint in the respective market. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of proven experience in enterprise sales with a strong focus on SAP, Salesforce, and AI solutions. This is an individual contributor role, directly reporting to the Chief of Sales, where success will be defined by the ability to independently generate new business, close high-value deals, and consistently achieve growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Growth
- Leverage an established professional network in the respective market to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Drive GoWide's business development efforts across SAP, Salesforce, and AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to shape effective sales strategies.
2. Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Initiate and manage conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Understand client pain points and position GoWide's solutions as value-driven enablers.
- Lead proposals, solution pitches, and commercial negotiations to successful closures.
- Actively attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the target market.
- Conduct in-person client meetings regularly, with a minimum target of 4–5 strategic meetings per month.
3. Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term partnerships with enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor and ensure strong post-sales engagement for repeat business.
- Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Accountability
- Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Consistently achieve defined sales targets, with performance measured by tangible business results.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting in CRM tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
- 6–7 years of successful enterprise sales experience in SAP, Salesforce, or AI solutions.
- Strong client network and proven relationships within the respective enterprise market
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed business development targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
Experience & Rewards:
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in enterprise technology sales.
- Prior experience selling into sectors like BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Government is highly desirable.
- Compensation will include a strong performance-linked component, ensuring rewards directly reflect the revenue and growth generated by the individual.
