The purpose of the role is to build and maintain detailed replenishment data to deliver targeted on shelf availability. Support the Commercial Team with Inventory initiatives to drive commercial and logístical efficiencies. Coordinate the collaboration process between the TTI supply chain team and the customer to deliver an aligned plan and communication plans.

The successful applicant will have an analytical mindset, be confident in their ability to lead meetings, with sound decision making skills. Be proficient in ERP system platforms and Excel, ability to demonstrate the delivery of CI to improve supply chain planning outcomes.

**What your day-today look like**:

- Ensure the coordination of the S&OE process across the Consumer business.
- Execute VMI activities for the business.
- Coordinate E&O reduction plans.
- Assist the commercial team with new store replenishment.
- Assist Accounts with balanced promotional stock allocation proposals.
- Liaise with Supply Planning team on Network balancing.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve the supply chain engagement process and overall supply chain process.
- Facilitating collaboration forums with internal and external stakeholders.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous VRP, Customer Engagement, or Supply Planning experience.
- Previous experience in the Demand control process in an S&OP or IBP environment.
- Previous background in retail or FMCG industry would be beneficial.
- Strong project management skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent resolution skills, resilience, and adaptability.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management and analytical skills.
