About the Role

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you play a massive part in the experience of our Participants and Support Workers. You make sure the right person is in the right place at the right time. This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, based at our Mitchell office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roster and schedule staff to ensure all shifts are allocated to the required standard and service levels are maintained.
  • Participate in the rotating on-call roster (in addition to regular pay) to manage emergency shift cancellations and organise replacement staff when needed.
  • Follow and implement NDIS and Support Plans to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering a customer-focused culture.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families/carers, and Case Managers to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Coordinate maintenance, clinical products, and services for clients as requested.
  • Assist with client plan budget reviews and provide input where required.
  • Support administrative operations, including liaising with the NDIS, clients, and staff.
  • Manage phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support, train, and guide staff to promote continuous professional development and skill growth.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in rostering 24/7 support in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Ability to work closely with a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Great communication and time management skills.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Confident computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • First Aid and CPR (ideally) certificate or willingness to get one.
