We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Canberra, ACT. In exchange, we offer a collaborative and energetic team culture that would encourage the development of the occupant skills & knowledge.

As a Customer Service Manager you would be involved in the following duties:

- Onboarding new clients and develop working relationships
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
- Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service
- Generating sales or service reports for clients and senior management
- Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals
- Keeping documentation and records of client interactions for training purposes
- Conducting customer service presentations and workshops
- Developing surveys and obtaining client information
- Offering advice to clients on products or services

About you:

- Thrive on working in a team environment and collaborating with others.
- Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Minimum of two years or higher experience in Customer Service role
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skill
- Willing to travel to regional areas if required
- Must have eligibility to work full time

**Job Type**: Full time - Permanent position

Salary and benefits : $74,000 to $78,000 per year plus supper
