As Regional Manager, you'll lead our passionate team of Speech Pathologists who thrive on complex cases others might shy away from. You're not just managing - you're mentoring a group of seasoned professionals who choose to stay because they love what we've built together.

**What You Bring**

**Essential**:

- 5-10+ years Speech Pathology experience (we know you've earned your stripes)
- Tertiary qualifications & SPA registration
- Experience with complex NDIS participants
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Current driver's license
- Background checks (or willingness to obtain)
