**Who are we?**
My Therapy House® is a small family practice located in the South of Adelaide. We are a passionate niche team looking for a 0.5 FTE (initially with a possibility of extension) Administration Officer in a multidisciplinary allied health practice working with children and parents. We are looking for someone who can work from home remotely as well as in the clinic rotating with our current Administration Officer.

**Role Overview and Purpose**:
The Administration Officer is accountable to the Director and Business Manager and current Administration Officer of My Therapy House® for quality purposes. The Administration Officer will have working relationships with families, My Therapy House® staff, partners, stakeholders, community and other service providers.
**Business Revenue**:
Support scheduling and invoicing.
**Administrative Tasks**:
Support staff and clients in all administrative tasks including front desk and back office operations.
**Education and Experience**:
- Great communicator and team player
- Experience of working in an allied health practice preferred
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge and experience in relevant software preferred e.g. Xero Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, NDIS Portal, Get Timely (or equivalent electronic scheduling system), Zoho, Social Media Platforms
- Knowledge and skills in operation of standard office equipment
- Knowledge and skills in clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Knowledge of principles and practices of NDIS, including use of NDIS provider portal
- Knowledge and skills in working in the disability, allied health and/or community sector
- Knowledge and skills in working with families and children and various allied health staff
**Current Certifications/Screenings**:
- First Aid Training
- Child Safe Environments Training
- Various Police Checks/Clearances
- Flexibility and some out of hours work may be required including Saturdays
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: From $24.00 per hour
