With a strong reputation for customer service and a culture built on teamwork, we are now looking to add a Fleet Administrator to support our expanding Fleet Department.
About the RoleThis is a behind-the-scenes role that is critical to the success of our Fleet sales team. The Fleet Administrator will ensure everything runs smoothly in the background so our consultants can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating vehicle delivery preparation
- Managing and processing paperwork to ensure compliance
- Handling client documentation and communication
- Maintaining and updating the deal log accurately
- Providing general administration support to the Fleet team
We are seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with documentation, contracts, and compliance processes
- A strong communicator who can liaise effectively with both clients and internal teams
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys working as part of a team
- Experienced in administration (automotive experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Be part of a supportive, family-owned business that values its people
- Work with a passionate and high-performing team in a growing Fleet department
