What You'll Contribute To
At Toyota Australia, we're reimagining mobility through data, digital services, and Customer-first thinking. As a Senior Digital Customer Intelligence Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our Digital & Connected Experience division, leading initiatives that connect digital engineering with real-world Customer experience.
You'll be the go-to expert for Customer data value generation —extracting value from our Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) platform and turning insights into action across the business and Dealer network.
How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the implementation of Customer data management processes, including Customer/Dealer value generation activities.
Extract and analyse Customer data to uncover insights that drive value for the business, Toyota Customers and its Dealers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and deliver valuable data-driven improvements.
Translate ideas into measurable outcomes using structured frameworks.
Champion Customer-centric initiatives and onboard new data capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Attributes – If This Sounds Like You, We'd Love to Hear From You
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in data analysis and Customer intelligence.
Strong skills in data visualisation, data storytelling, and insight generation.
Experience driving Customer lifetime value and value generation initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
