Located in Richmond, Launic Motor Group is looking for Qualified Automotive Technicians or Trade Assistants to join our Service Team at Volkswagen Commercial Centre and Richmond Skoda.

The Role

As a Technician/Trade Assistant at Launic Motor Group you will work closely with the service team to deliver best practice and provide exceptional customer service.

As Technician/Trade Assistant at Launic Motor Group, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Servicing, diagnosis and repair of Volkswagen vehicles
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Active participation in Volkswagen Group training programs
  • Adhering to Manufacture and dealer job documentation requirements
  • Supporting your fellow team members

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A mechanical aptitude and an ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions and procedures.
  • Passionate about consistently delivering exceptional customer service
  • Can do attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Be a keen team player with a commitment to producing quality work
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Availability to work overtime, from time to time, as required
