
Rostering Officer

Your new role As a Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for managing the rostering and scheduling of staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that the needs of the organisation are met. You will be the initial point of contact to liaise with staff and managers to resolve any issues, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of rostering or scheduling, preferably in a health or community service setting.
- Experience using CRM and or roster software (ideally CIM).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills
