Key Responsibilities:
As a Rostering & Quality Officer you will:
Rostering & Scheduling
- Maintain staff rosters to meet participant needs and goals.
- Manage shift allocations, replacements, cancellations, and urgent roster changes.
- Communicate roster updates promptly to staff and participants.
Compliance & Quality Oversight
- Review and monitor support worker shift notes for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation and follow up with staff.
- Ensure incident reports are recorded, escalated, and closed off as per policy.
- Support preparation for audits and compliance reviews.
- Ensure only compliant staff are rostered for participant shifts.
- Support the induction process by ensuring documentation is received and filed.
Communication & Service Coordination
- Act as a key contact for participants and families regarding rosters and service delivery queries.
- Provide support to frontline staff with rostering, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with managers to identify gaps in service delivery or workforce capability.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
