We're seeking a motivated
Client Relationship Manager
to join our team in the personal and professional development industry. In this role, you'll combine relationship management, client support, and business growth activities to ensure clients achieve maximum success with our programs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and strengthen
    client relationships
    , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Support clients through their journey, providing guidance and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, including
    upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
    .
  • Conduct professional conversations via phone, Zoom, or email.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve client success strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong
    communication and interpersonal skills
    with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and organised, comfortable working independently.
  • Background in
    client relationship management, account management, or customer success
    is highly regarded.
  • Interest in
    leadership, coaching, or personal development
    is a plus.
