What You'll Be Doing

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using high-quality business data.
  • Book and manage qualified appointments with small to medium business owners.
  • Present tailored digital marketing and website solutions that drive real business results.
  • Build trust quickly, identify client needs, and create value-driven recommendations.
  • Keep your CRM organised with consistent follow-ups and activity tracking.
  • Achieve and exceed targets across activity, appointments, and revenue.

Your First Three Months: A Clear Growth Plan

Months 1–2: Learn the Fundamentals

  • Complete structured onboarding covering products, sales systems, and objection handling.
  • Focus on booking high-quality meetings that convert.
  • Build early confidence and hit foundational KPIs.

Months 3–4: Step Into Closing

  • Learn the full end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Begin managing your own pipeline with hands-on mentoring from senior sales coaches.
  • Start closing deals and earning strong commissions.

By the end of Month 3, you'll be confidently managing your own deals and building momentum toward a high-performing first year.
