What You'll Be Doing
- Make 100–150 outbound calls per day using high-quality business data.
- Book and manage qualified appointments with small to medium business owners.
- Present tailored digital marketing and website solutions that drive real business results.
- Build trust quickly, identify client needs, and create value-driven recommendations.
- Keep your CRM organised with consistent follow-ups and activity tracking.
- Achieve and exceed targets across activity, appointments, and revenue.

Your First Three Months: A Clear Growth Plan
Months 1–2: Learn the Fundamentals
- Complete structured onboarding covering products, sales systems, and objection handling.
- Focus on booking high-quality meetings that convert.
- Build early confidence and hit foundational KPIs.
Months 3–4: Step Into Closing
- Learn the full end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Begin managing your own pipeline with hands-on mentoring from senior sales coaches.
- Start closing deals and earning strong commissions.
By the end of Month 3, you'll be confidently managing your own deals and building momentum toward a high-performing first year.
