Right now, we're looking for a talented Paid Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic, creative team. Your job will be to manage a range of clients, setting up, maintaining and optimising their Google Ads and Social Media campaigns with a focus on generating conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword research.

• Competition analysis.

• Analyse existing campaigns and suggest/implement new strategies to enhance performance.

• Identify new opportunities.

• Establish, maintain and optimise campaigns for new clients.

• Strategise, create and manage targeted advertising campaigns.

• Develop marketing and creative strategy.

• Write strategic and creative briefs.

• Provide landing page recommendations.

• Write ad copy.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking.

• Work within allocated time frames and budgets to achieve nothing but outstanding results.

• Managing client expectations and relationships.

• Use paid channels with the latest techniques to generate results for your clients.

• Being an active practiceedge team member and sharing your ideas

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of marketing platforms – Google Ads, Meta, & LinkedIn.

• Copywriting skills – capable of writing engaging copy.

• Strategic and creative thinker – able to see the big picture while planning and executing actionable steps. Capable of generating creative ideas.

• Flexible mindset – open to learning, and enjoy the process of exploration and discovery.

• Organised and detail-oriented – capable of managing and maintaining control of multiple projects, tasks, milestones, deadlines, and reporting cycles simultaneously. Capable of following process and managing a book of clients.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.  Must have strong English fluency and copywriting skills.

• Engaging and maintaining client relationships – this is a critical component of the role and will include written reports, telephone conversations and meetings (in person and online).

• Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data, draw insights, and pivot strategies based on performance.

• Critical thinking and problem solving – capacity to identify, analyse, and resolve challenges effectively.

• A keen eye for detail – attention to detail is essential.

• A strong track record of creating and implementing effective (best-practice) search engine marketing and social media campaigns.

• A genuine interest and passion for digital marketing – you're keen to learn.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years in a digital marketing  role

• Experience within the digital or advertising agency space

• Experience in the healthcare and SME sectors preferred

• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Business, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other social media channels.
