Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Functional Quality Analyst to join the CRM Practice team of IT for Transport branch within our Corporate Services Division. The Salesforce Functional Quality Analyst delivers new capabilities, on-going support and continuing enhancements to the Salesforce platform at Transport for NSW through review and analysis of the organization's business intentions, services, processes and information needs.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Work with key projects and business stakeholders to identify how Salesforce and its capabilities can provide the business with process improvements and efficiencies.
• Provide plain language advice on technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Perform quality assurance, testing and governance of technology platforms to minimize the number of code/configuration issues.
• Deliver quality assurance artifacts such as test strategy documents and test summary reports.
• Facilitate UAT by demonstrating capabilities and functionality to end users.
• Assisting in deployment processes.
• Enhance Salesforce based business systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities, participating in the ongoing exercise to continuously improve business processes through better utilization of Salesforce functionality, process re-engineering, standardization and simplification.
• Use automated testing tools to gain efficiency and reusable test scripts.

• Establish relationships with stakeholders to develop trust and ensure reliable and accurate information
• Ensure quality of delivered solutions in a constantly changing technical environment

What We're Looking For
We're looking for candidates with a combination of the following:

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst within Salesforce ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience in Services Cloud and Customer experience portals.
• Demonstrated experience in administrating Salesforce applications, including account management, data management and all basic platform configurations.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing configuration-based Salesforce solutions, including UIs, Flows, Customer Experience portals.
• The ability to troubleshoot issues, often requiring tracing through Apex codes and Flows
• Strong communication and customer support skills, with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with an ability to build quick relationships.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including branching strategies.
• Experience using automated testing tools.
