Salesforce Functional Business Analyst | Federal Government | Remote | 6-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced
Salesforce Business Analyst (SFIA Level 4)
to support a major
federal government transformation program
. This is a
6-month remote contract with the option for extension
(based in any capital city) at a
rate of $100 per hour
with strong potential for extension.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into clear user stories, and support Agile delivery activities—helping to shape real outcomes for public services.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Salesforce Functional Consultant or BA
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules)
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, backlog refinement, and Agile collaboration (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
  • Must be an
    Australian Citizen
    and eligible to obtain
    Baseline Security Clearance
