This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a leading organisation in a regulated industry—enhancing employee engagement, supporting stakeholder relationships, and building public trust through meaningful, clear, and inclusive communication.
What You'll Do
- Be the Voice Within: Develop engaging internal communications across newsletters, intranet, and employee campaigns that inspire connection, alignment, and purpose.
- Be the Face Outward: Lead the development of media releases, customer communications, and digital content that reflect our brand and values.
- Create Impact: Lead the production of our Annual Report and other key corporate publications—turning complex, technical data into compelling, reader-friendly stories.
- Champion Change: Support our Reconciliation Action Plan and DEI initiatives through culturally respectful communication that fosters genuine engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with executives, HR, operations, and ESG teams to deliver communications that support strategic priorities and change initiatives.
About you
- Demonstrated experience in communications—ideally in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries.
- A natural storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Proven experience managing complex publications and corporate reports.
- Confidence in navigating high-stakes communications in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of reconciliation principles.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in ASX-listed organisations or investor relations.
- Background in media relations, ESG reporting, or social responsibility communications.
- Familiarity with CMS, digital tools, and accessible content standards.
